COCHRAN In the name of God, amen: I, Phoebe G. Cochran, age 58 years, widow of Simon B. Cochran, deceased, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and document as follows: First: I request my executors hereinafter named to pay all of my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses from the property of my estate, as soon after my decease as may be practicable; Second: It is my will and desire that my four children named in the next paragraph of my will shall give to our son Raymond Cochran clothing and delicacies to the amount of approximately $25.00 per year as long as said Raymond Cochran shall live. Said Raymond Cochran is now a ward of the state of Wyoming in the institution for mental defectives located near Lander, Wyoming. Upon the death of said Raymond Cochran, I desire that his remains shall rest in our burial plot in Willow Grove Cemetery near Buffalo, Wyoming; All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property of whatsoever kind and description and wherever situate, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to our four children, namely: Marion E. Cochran of Bairoil, Wyoming Evelyn D. Shoumaker of Buffalo, Wyoming Andrew W. Cochran of Buffalo, Wyoming Sidney T. Cochran of Buffalo, Wyoming In equal shares, share and share alike; Fourth: I hereby nominate and appoint my son Marion E. Cochran and my brother-in-law, Antone Fischer, the latter of Buffalo, Wyoming as executors of this my last Will and Testament and request that no bond be required of or from either of them for the faithful discharge of their duties as such executors. Burgess, Judge of the District Court of Johnson County, Wyoming The petition of Marion E. Cochran and Antone Fischer executors of the last Will and Testament and Estate of Phoebe G. Cochran, deceased, respectfully shows unto the Court: That Phoebe G. Cochran died testate on September 23, 1933 a resident of Buffalo, Johnson County, Wyoming; that on October 27, 1933, the undersigned were appointed executors of her estate and on that date they qualified as such executors and have continued since that date to administer her estate; that the undersigned caused notice to creditors of her estate to be published commencing November 2, 1933 and continuing for four consecutive weeks thereafter; herein of all the property of said estate which had come to their possession or knowledge; that said property consisted solely of the cash belonging to said deceased at the time of her decease; that all claims against said deceased and her estate have been fully paid and there is $421.6 in cash remaining in the hands of the executors for distribution to the parties entitled thereto; that said estate has been fully administered when said distribution is made; that under the terms of the last will and testament of deceased admitted to probate in this Court on October 27, 1933, the deceased bequeathed and devised the residue of her estate to her four children namely: Marion E. Cochran of Bairoil, Wyoming; Evelyn D. Schoemaker of Buffalo, Wyoming; Andrew W. Cochran of Buffalo, Wyoming and Sidney T. Cochran of Buffalo, Wyoming, in equal shares, share and share alike and they are entitled to the distribution of the said residue, in the proportions of a one-fourth share to each.
