Cochran of Buffalo, Johnson County, Wyoming, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this as my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking all former wills by me made, First: I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon after my decease as practicable; Second: I give, device and bequeath all of my property - real, personal and mixed - of whatsoever kind and description and wheresoever situate howsoever the same may be evidenced absolutely to my beloved wife, Phoebe G. Cochran in fee simple; Third: I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Phoebe G. Cochran, sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and direct that no bond be required of her for the performance of her duties as such Executrix. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribe my name at Buffalo, Wyoming this 8th day of June A. D. 1915 in the presence of R. B. Rose and J. D. Cochran Additional Comments: PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL The State of Wyoming, County of Johnson In District Court Fourth Judicial District IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF Simon B. Cochran, deceased To the Honorable James H. Burgess, Judge of the District Court of the County of Johnson, State of Wyoming The petition of Phoebe G. Cochran, widow of Simon B. Cochran, deceased of Buffalo, Wyoming respectfully shows: that Simon B. Cochran died on or about the 12th day of April, 1932 at his residence in the city of Buffalo, Wyoming. That said deceased at the time of his death was a resident of the County of Johnson, in the State of Wyoming, and left estate consisting of community property. That the probable value and character of the said property are as follows, to wit" Cash in Wyoming Loan and Trust Company to the credit of deceased in the amount of $10.00 Residence property occupied by deceased and petitioner described as lost 2 and 3, Block 38 Burlington Addition of the estimated value of $2,500.00 North 15' of lot 37 and all of lot 38 and south 10' of lot 39 in Block 5, save the 18' on the rear of said lost sold to Gas Company, of the estimated value of $100.00 Total: $2,610.00 That the estate and effects of--- in respect of which the probate of the will hereinafter mentioned is hereinafter applied for, does not exceed the sum of Twenty six hundred ten ($2610) dollars. That said deceased left a will bearing date the 8th day of June, 1915, in the possession of your petitioner which your petitioner believes and therefore alleges to be the last will and testament of said deceased, and which is herewith presented. That your petitioner, Phoebe G. Cochran, wife of deceased is named in said will as executor thereof and your petitioner, Phoebe G. Cochran, past 21 years, residing at Buffalo, Wyoming, is named as sole devisee and legatee. That the subscribing witnesses to said will are R. B. Rose residing the County of Johnson, Wyoming and J. D. Stevenson, now residing in the County of Los Angeles, state of California. That the next of kin of said testator whom your petitioner is advised and believes and therefore alleges to be the heirs as law of said testator; and the names, ages, and residences of said heirs are hour petitioner, Phoebe G. Cochran, wife of deceased, aged about ___ year, residing at Buffalo, Wyoming; Marion Cochran, son of deceased, residing at Riverton, Wyoming; Evalina Cochran Shoemaker, daughter of deceased, residing at Buffalo, Wyoming; Andrew Cochran and Sidney T.
