Benjamin Oscar Yeck was born 3 Feb 1892 in Woburn, Bond County, Ill. and died 29 Jan 1969 in Big Piney, Sublette Co., Wyoming. His parents were Miles & Sarah Elizabeth (Hickman) Yeck. Ben had 5 other siblings besides himself. One brother was struck by lightening by the age of 17 years. His family moved from Illionis to Colorado. Most of his siblings stayed in Colorado. In the Greeley & Ault area. Lena (Honstein) Yeck was born 21 Dec. 1891 in Denver, Colorado and died 13 March 1968 in Big Piney, Sublette Co., Wyoming. Her parents were George and Margaret (Trever/Treber) Honstein. Her mother was pregant with her when she came to America on June 1891 from Norka, Russia. She had only one sister at the time when they arrived name Margaret "Maggie". They did have a brother name Konrad but don't know if he died in Russia or when came to America. Lena had 6 other siblings beside herself who survived. Lena and Ben had four children. Three are passed on and one still alive.
