Cecil was born in Belfast, Ireland, in 1893, coming to this country with his mother when only a few years old. About four years ago he was married to Miss Ruth Webster, who survives him and aso a son, Leonard; his mother, Mrs. F. P. Rogan and a brother in Ireland. Cecil was employed in the mines and was a general favorite with his fellow workmen and a wide circle of friends grieve with his relatives in their great loss. The funeral took place on Sunday afternoon from the home of Mrs. Webster, Rev. Morten Joslin of Episcopal church officiating.
